Sessano del Molise is a comune located in the Province of Isernia within the Italian region of Molise. It is situated approximately 30 kilometres northwest of Campobasso and about 9 kilometres northeast of Isernia.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality encompassed an area of 24.7 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 871 residents.
