San Martino in Pensilis is a comune located in the Province of Campobasso within the Molise region of Italy. It is situated approximately 45 kilometres (28 miles) northeast of the provincial capital, Campobasso.
The settlement was historically home to an Arbëreshë community. While this population has since assimilated into the broader local culture, the site remains a notable point of historical interest within the region.
