San Giacomo degli Schiavoni is a comune located in the Province of Campobasso within the Molise region of Italy. It is situated approximately 50 kilometres (31 mi) northeast of the provincial capital, Campobasso.
The settlement was historically inhabited by an Arbëreshë community, who have since assimilated into the local population. The town serves as a municipality within the regional administrative framework of Molise.
