Roccamandolfi is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of Isernia within the Molise region of Italy. It is located in a position between two major regional centers, approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) southwest of Campobasso and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) southeast of Isernia.
