Ripabottoni is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Campobasso within the Molise region of Italy. It is situated approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) northeast of the provincial capital, Campobasso.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality encompassed an area of 31.9 square kilometres (12.3 mi2) and had a recorded population of 644 residents.
