Pettoranello del Molise is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Italian region of Molise. It is located within the Province of Isernia.
The town is positioned approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) west of Campobasso and about 6 kilometres (4 mi) southeast of Isernia.
