Pescolanciano is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Italian region of Molise. It is located within the Province of Isernia.
The town is positioned approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) northwest of Campobasso and about 12 kilometres (7 mi) northeast of Isernia.
