Pesche is a comune located in the Province of Isernia within the Molise region of Italy. It is situated approximately 30 kilometres west of Campobasso and about 5 kilometres northeast of Isernia.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality had a population of 1,459 residents and covered an area of 12.7 square kilometres.
