Montecilfone is an Arbëreshë comune located in the Province of Campobasso within the Molise region of Italy. Situated approximately 40 kilometres (25 mi) northeast of the provincial capital, Campobasso, the municipality shares borders with Guglionesi, Montenero di Bisaccia, and Palata.
The town is characterized by its identity as an Arbëreshë community, referring to the Albanian refugees who settled in the region. It serves as a local administrative center within the rural landscape of Molise.
