Longano is a comune located in the Province of Isernia within the Molise region of Italy. It is situated approximately 35 kilometres west of Campobasso and about 9 kilometres south of Isernia.
As of December 31, 2025, the municipality covers an area of 27.1 square kilometres and has a population of 619 residents.
