Guardialfiera is a comune located in the Province of Campobasso within the Molise region of Italy. The municipality is situated approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) northeast of the provincial capital, Campobasso.
The town sits on a hilltop overlooking Lake Guardialfiera. This body of water was formed by the damming of the Biferno river.
