Duronia is a comune, or municipality, located in the Molise region of Italy. It is situated within the Province of Campobasso at a distance of approximately 20 kilometres northwest of the provincial capital.
The municipality covers an area of 22.2 square kilometres. As of December 31, 2004, Duronia had a recorded population of 473 residents.
