Civitanova del Sannio is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Italian region of Molise. It is located within the Province of Isernia.
The town is positioned approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) northwest of Campobasso and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) northeast of Isernia.
