Cerro al Volturno is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of Isernia within the Italian region of Molise. It serves as a local administrative center located in the interior of the peninsula.
The town is positioned approximately 45 kilometres (28 miles) west of Campobasso and about 10 kilometres (6 miles) northwest of Isernia.
