Carovilli is a comune located in the Province of Isernia within the Molise region of Italy. It is situated approximately 35 kilometres northwest of Campobasso and about 14 kilometres northeast of Isernia.
The municipality covers an area of 41.6 square kilometres. As of December 31, 2004, the population of Carovilli was recorded at 1,508 residents.
