Belmonte del Sannio is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Italian region of Molise. It is located within the Province of Isernia.
The town is positioned approximately 35 kilometres (22 mi) northwest of Campobasso and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) northeast of Isernia.
