Spinetoli is a comune located in the Marche region of central Italy. It is situated within the Province of Ascoli Piceno, positioned approximately 80 kilometres south of Ancona and about 15 kilometres east of the provincial capital, Ascoli Piceno.
The municipality covers an area of 12.4 square kilometres. According to data from December 31, 2004, Spinetoli had a population of 6,351 residents.
