Senigallia

Senigallia is a comune and resort town located on the Adriatic coast of Italy. It is situated within the province of Ancona in the Marche region, positioned approximately 30 kilometres north-west of the provincial capital city of Ancona.

The town features a small port situated at the mouth of the River Misa. Geographically and linguistically, Senigallia serves as one of the endpoints of the Massa–Senigallia Line, which is recognized as one of the most significant dividing lines in the classification of Romance languages.
