Sefro is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Macerata within the Marche region of central Italy. It is situated approximately 70 kilometres southwest of Ancona and about 45 kilometres southwest of Macerata.
As of July 31, 2025, the municipality covers an area of 42.5 square kilometres and has a population of 426 residents.
