Ripatransone is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Marche region of central Italy. It is located within the Province of Ascoli Piceno.
The town is positioned approximately 70 kilometres (43 mi) southeast of Ancona and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) northeast of Ascoli Piceno.
