Ponzano di Fermo is a comune located in the Marche region of Italy. It is situated within the Province of Fermo, positioned approximately 60 kilometres south of Ancona and about 30 kilometres north of Ascoli Piceno.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 14.4 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 1,623 residents.
