Penna San Giovanni is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Macerata within the Marche region of central Italy. It is situated approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) south of the coastal city of Ancona and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) south of its provincial capital, Macerata.
