Ortezzano is a comune, or municipality, located in the Marche region of central Italy. It is situated within the Province of Fermo, positioned approximately 70 kilometres south of Ancona and about 20 kilometres north of Ascoli Piceno.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 7.0 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 834 residents.
