Muccia is a comune, or municipality, located in the Marche region of central Italy. It is situated within the Province of Macerata, positioned approximately 70 kilometres southwest of Ancona and about 40 kilometres southwest of Macerata.
The municipality covers a total area of 25.6 square kilometres. As of December 31, 2004, Muccia had a recorded population of 925 residents.
