Montottone is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of Fermo within the Marche region of Italy. It is located in the central part of the country, positioned approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) south of Ancona and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) north of Ascoli Piceno.
