Montefalcone Appennino is a comune located in the Province of Fermo within the Marche region of Italy. The municipality is situated approximately 85 kilometres south of Ancona, 30 kilometres northwest of Ascoli Piceno, and 35 kilometres east of Fermo.
Geographically, the town occupies a spur situated between the rivers Aso and Tenna.
