Montedinove is a comune, or municipality, located in the Marche region of central Italy. It is situated within the Province of Ascoli Piceno, positioned approximately 70 kilometres south of Ancona and about 13 kilometres north of Ascoli Piceno.
The municipality covers an area of 11.9 square kilometres. As of December 31, 2004, Montedinove had a recorded population of 566 residents.
