Montecalvo in Foglia is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Marche region of central Italy. It is located within the Province of Pesaro e Urbino.
The town is positioned approximately 70 kilometres (43 mi) northwest of Ancona and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) southwest of Pesaro.
