Monte Urano is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of Fermo within the Marche region of central Italy. It is located approximately 50 kilometres south of the city of Ancona and about 7 kilometres north of Fermo.
The town serves as a local administrative center in the Marche region, positioned in the geographical area between these two larger urban centers.
