Monte San Vito is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Marche region of central Italy. It is located within the Province of Ancona and is positioned approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) west of the city of Ancona.
The town is geographically situated in the lower Esino valley. It serves as a local administrative center within its province, characterized by its location in the rural landscape of the Marche region.
