Monte San Pietrangeli is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Marche region of central Italy. It is located within the Province of Fermo.
The town is positioned approximately 50 kilometres (31 mi) south of Ancona and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) north of Ascoli Piceno.
