Monte San Giusto is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of Macerata within the Marche region of central Italy. It is located approximately 45 kilometres south of Ancona and about 14 kilometres southeast of the provincial capital, Macerata.
The town serves as a local administrative center in the Marche region, positioned within the geographical landscape of the interior Italian peninsula.
