Monsampolo del Tronto is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Marche region of central Italy. It is located within the Province of Ascoli Piceno.
The town is positioned approximately 80 kilometres (50 mi) south of Ancona and about 18 kilometres (11 mi) southwest of the city of Ascoli Piceno.
