Mondavio is a comune located in the Province of Pesaro e Urbino within the Marche region of Italy. The municipality is situated approximately 45 kilometres west of Ancona and about 30 kilometres south of Pesaro.
The town is recognized as one of I Borghi più belli d'Italia, a designation highlighting its status as one of the most beautiful villages in the country.
