Macerata Feltria is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Marche region of central Italy. It is located within the Province of Pesaro e Urbino.
The town is positioned approximately 90 kilometres (56 mi) west of Ancona and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) southwest of Pesaro.
