Gagliole is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of Macerata within the Marche region of central Italy. It is located approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) southwest of the coastal city of Ancona and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) west of the provincial capital, Macerata.
