Cessapalombo is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Marche region of central Italy. It is located within the Province of Macerata.
The town is positioned approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) southwest of Ancona and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) southwest of Macerata.
