Villa di Serio is a comune located in the Province of Bergamo within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 50 kilometres northeast of Milan and about 6 kilometres northeast of the city of Bergamo.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 4.6 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 6,118 residents.
