Vignate is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Italian region of Lombardy. It is part of the Metropolitan City of Milan and is located approximately 15 kilometres (9 miles) east of Milan.
The town serves as a local administrative division within the metropolitan area, positioned in the northern part of Italy.
