Valnegra is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Bergamo within the Italian region of Lombardy. It is situated approximately 70 kilometres northeast of Milan and about 30 kilometres north of the city of Bergamo.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 2.1 square kilometres and had a population of 233 residents.
