Vaiano Cremasco is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of Cremona within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is located approximately 35 kilometres (22 mi) southeast of Milan and about 45 kilometres (28 mi) northwest of the city of Cremona.
The municipality serves as a local administrative division in the Italian countryside, positioned between the major urban centers of Milan and Cremona.
