Sartirana Lomellina is a comune located in the Province of Pavia within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 60 km southwest of Milan and about 40 km west of the city of Pavia.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality encompassed an area of 29.5 km² with a recorded population of 1,837 residents.
