Rivanazzano Terme is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Pavia within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated in the Oltrepò Pavese area along the Staffora torrent.
The town is positioned approximately 60 km south of Milan and about 30 km southwest of Pavia. Geographically, it lies on the boundary with the Province of Alessandria.
