Retorbido is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Pavia within the Italian region of Lombardy. It is situated approximately 60 kilometers south of Milan and about 30 kilometers southwest of the city of Pavia.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 11.7 square kilometers and had a recorded population of 1,242 residents.
