Prata Camportaccio is a comune located in the Province of Sondrio within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 100 kilometres north of Milan and about 40 kilometres northwest of the provincial capital, Sondrio.
The municipality covers an area of 27.9 square kilometres. As of December 31, 2004, the population of Prata Camportaccio was recorded at 2,758 residents.
