Postalesio is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Sondrio within the Italian region of Lombardy. It is situated approximately 90 kilometres northeast of Milan and about 6 kilometres west of the city of Sondrio.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 10.6 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 618 residents.
