Piadena was a former comune located in the Province of Cremona within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It served as an independent municipality until its administrative reorganization on January 1, 2019.
On that date, Piadena merged with the neighboring municipality of Drizzona to form the new entity known as Piadena Drizzona. The merger consolidated these two local jurisdictions into a single administrative unit.
