Pedesina is a village and comune located in the Province of Sondrio within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 120 kilometres northeast of Milan and about 40 kilometres southwest of the city of Sondrio.
The municipality is characterized by its very small population, which stands at 40 residents as of 2026. Due to this demographic size, Pedesina is ranked as the third least populous municipality in Italy.
