Paullo is a comune located in the Metropolitan City of Milan within the Lombardy region of Italy. It is situated approximately 10 kilometres southeast of Milan.
As of April 30, 2014, the municipality had a population of 11,333 residents and covered an area of 8.9 square kilometres.
