Parzanica is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Bergamo within the Italian region of Lombardy. It is situated approximately 70 kilometres northeast of Milan and about 30 kilometres east of Bergamo.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 10.8 square kilometres and had a population of 365 residents.
